Cathay Group with the Syrian investor Mr. Imad Shanan impressed everyone by constructing Nivo Project in Ataköy, Istanbul, which is built over an area of ??12 689 m2 and consisted of two buildings that contain apartments with prices ranging from 405 thousand dollars to 2.17 million dollars.

 This wonderful project, whose financial cost is about 175 million US dollars, is planned to contain 314 apartments, 73 commercial offices, and a garden with a green area of ??3,500 m2.

Mr. Mohamed Albertogsuz, Board of Directors Deputy Manager in the company, pointed out that this project which is built on this valuable land is worthy of wide fame and it should be proverbial worldwide, not just in Turkey.

Mr. Imad Shanan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of 'Management Development Association,' said, "We have collaborated with Cathay Group as we believe that this project will be one of the most precious places in Istanbul and Turkey. Furthermore, it will lead us to a successful story of pride, so and in this regard, we are very pleased to collaborate with Cathay Group."
