Istanbul Residential Sales for August 2019

As always, Istanbul is at the top of the pyramid of real estate investments in Turkey, with its real estate contributions on the one hand, and the huge demand for its properties, especially from foreign investors in the recent period, on the other.

There is no doubt that the recovery in the Turkish real estate market today is closely linked to the law of granting Turkish citizenship through owning a property in Turkey, and other laws that have facilitated foreign ownership of property, tax cuts, and other things that have clearly cast a shadow on Turkey's real estate.
