Many visitors to major European cities such as London, Paris, Berlin and other Western cities in general, such as New York and Budapest, admire the infrastructure of these cities, where it is specialized in large central areas, around which there are many vital facilities.
Similarly, the Istanbul region of Basaksehir is witnessing a significant leap forward. The Turkish government is building a huge square in the region, covering an area of 60,000 square meters, to serve as a model for the planning of new cities throughout the country. The space of this square is equal to twice the size of the famous Taksim Square.
The new square is designed to cater to the needs of the residents of the famous Basaksehir apartments. The area will be surrounded by many vital facilities such as the healthy city, the largest botanical garden in Europe, covering 368,000 square meters, parking lots for thousands of cars, restaurants, cafes, and a mosque that can accommodate 5,000 worshipers.
